Hi Pastor Ben and Marion,

I hope this email finds you well.  I've been excited to write you about our recent trip to Ghana. I'll also send this to Michael and Debra because they have been anxious to hear updates too.  Also, I'll include some photos we took of KV, which you are welcome to use if you need to.  We sadly realized after we returned home in 2008 that we hadn't taken many photos--thus, during this trip we were very intentional about photographing life in Northern Ghana so that we could better share our experience with others.

There is a palpable joy encountered at KV--the kind of joy that can only be understood as the fruit grown from serving and worshipping a God who is limitlessly compassionate, generous, and always hungry for relationship, especially with those suffering.  Thanks for the work you do to make KV a reality.

Thank you for the ways those at KV have extended a hand of loving friendship to the people served.  I look forward to the time when we can be there again and we would love to contribute to its work any way we can.
